The following terms and conditions govern your use of BotVPN's services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms or any provisions hereof, please do not install and do not use our software, our mobile application and/or any of our products or services.
By creating an account for using our Services, you represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years old or that you are a valid legal entity.
We reserve the right to amend our terms of service from time to time which will come into force from the date of the change. Notification of changes will be done through BotVPN Telegram bot. You always can use /terms bot command to display the latest version of Terms and Conditions. You understand and agree that any continued use and access to the BotVPN Services after any updates to these Terms are published, means that you voluntarily agree to be bound by the updated Terms.

Usage Policy
BotVPN provides to you digital network communications services, which enhance internet security and privacy.
You agree not to use BotVPN's services to perform criminal or illegal activities especially when it relates to crimes such as terrorist activities, child pornography, blackmail, online harassment/bullying or any other activities that threaten people's personal safety or ruin people's lives. Please do not use our service if you intend to do any of the above.
You accept not to violate any law of any jurisdiction that you are originating from. It is your responsibility to know and comprehend any and all relevant laws related to any jurisdiction or venue that concerns you and your actions.
You also agree not to perform any hacking, port scanning, scanning of open relays or open proxies, denial of service attacks, spamming, mass-mailing activities and sending unsolicited email.
BotVPN allows a maximum of 7 simultaneous connections per account.

Privacy policy
BotVPN processes very limited user data and not more then required to provide service to you. The legal basis for this data process is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. We use for user identification Registration ID and information from your public Telegram profile.
We do not store any information about your traffic history or content. We do store information about connection event and traffic amount.
We don't keep your payment data, all data are proceed accordingly to Terms and Conditions of our partners (Stripe etc.)
We automatically store certain data for performance analyses and monitoring.

Payments
BotVPN Services are subscribed on a service period basis. You choose the service period and the payment method yourself when you sign up for the BotVPN Services.
Users will have to purchase a paid subscription from BotVPN to connect to the BotVPN Service, except in the case of a limited free trial or certain coupon offers.
Only basic payment information is processed through our payment service providers (e.g. Stripe, Telegram) and payment processing partners authorized to provide services within the respective country.

Refund Policy
You may request a refund within thirty one (31) days from the activation of your VPN account if you are not satisfied with the quality of service or the service does not work for you. No refunds will be given for any period outside the refund windows.
Renewals will not be entitled to refunds. A renewal is defined as an order that is renewed before the expiry of an active account and also any subsequent VPN order with the same account that is within 30 days of the last order.
A refund will be processed only if any problems with the service have been notified to us and we have been given an opportunity to troubleshoot and rectify your issues.
If there any fees involved in making the refund to you, for instance, transfer charges, or non-refundable payment gateway fees or transfer fees, such fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
No refunds will be given if your account is terminated due to abuse or breach of the terms of conditions of our services.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days. You have a right to cancel your account at any time. Canceled accounts will not be refunded for the unused part of the ongoing service period.

Warranty and liability
BotVPN will not be liable for any actions done by you using our services including criminal liability and civil liability and you shall fully indemnify BotVPN for any loss, damages or liability that is incurred by BotVPN as a result of your action.
We shall not be responsible or have any liability for any delay or failure to perform to the extent due to unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, failures of your telecommunication or internet service providers, Force Majeure, earthquakes, fires, floods, embargoes, labor disputes and strikes, riots, war, novelty of product manufacture or other unanticipated product development problems, and acts of civil and military authorities.

Miscellaneous
These Terms and your use of the BotVPN are governed by the laws of Latvia (EU), without regard to its choice of law provisions. You agree that the courts of general jurisdiction located in Riga will have exclusive jurisdiction over any and all disputes arising out of or relating in any way to these Terms or the BotVPN services.
